By accessing or using Agenta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
Agenta is an AI-powered business intelligence platform designed for coaches, consultants, and course creators. The Service provides AI-generated content strategy, advertising copy, offer analysis, business analytics, and related tools. Outputs are generated using large language models and are provided for informational purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Agenta offers both one-time and recurring subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Plan details, pricing, and features are described at agenta-lake.vercel.app/pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its outputs for the purpose of building a competing product. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publication.
You retain ownership of the business information you provide. AI-generated outputs produced using your inputs are yours to use. Agenta retains ownership of the platform, its underlying technology, and all proprietary systems. You may not reproduce or distribute the Service itself.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Business results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
