Overview

We want you to feel confident using Agenta. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.

Sample Plan (One-Time Payment)

The Sample plan is a one-time payment of $2.99 that provides immediate access to AI-generated outputs. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, the Sample plan is non-refundable once outputs have been generated.

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your outputs, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

Subscription Plans (Scalar, Vector)

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

First-Month Guarantee

If you subscribe to Scalar or Vector and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at hello@getagenta.com with your reason and we will issue a full refund for that billing period — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@getagenta.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We work to resolve all legitimate billing issues quickly.
